Land of the Living

I've been gone the last few weeks. MIA. And frankly it's been bliss. (though sickly kids, is somewhat raining on my blissfulness...)

At least if I did have to go MIA, I was so excited to be able to spend some pure, quality down time with most of my most favorite people on the planet. And we did party.

I was raised by parents that have always loved the beach. When I was younger, we'd go every year down to Florida to play, sometimes even twice a year. Now that life has gotten hectic and we've more than doubled our family, I'm so glad to be able to pass that tradition on the my own kids. And what's a beach trip without snapping some family pics?

It hadn't used my remote in forever, but am so excited with how they are turning out.

I suppose it's time to get back in the swing of things, but spending the afternoon playing with these images, sure makes me want to go back. The land of the living is way overrated. Give me my dreams anyday!
