Last weekend I got to spend some time with these little folks. I got to capture them three years ago, and I completely look forward to our visits each year. I love how these two are best friends, and I absolutely adore the age of 3-4 year olds. So what's better than having two? It makes the cuteness factor go off the charts.

I can't believe that it's been 4 years since I took Mr. Colton's 1st Birthday portraits. Time has flown by so fast! Little did I know how much I would come to care for this sweet family. Little Lola was added to the family last year and she adds so much spunk to some already awesome folks. I loved the photos of her with big brother. So gorgeous, and I don't think that I've ever seen someone so excited to be hugged by their big brother (or is it a headlock… with siblings you never can be sure…)! Thanks so much guys. Good grief. I gotta get faster at these peeks, but I just get so distracted with editing that I neglect to post. My apologies. There's a lot of amazing work going down, it's tough to make a break in the creative process and stuff.

I enjoyed so much getting together again with the M family. Last year it was great to meet them, this year it was even better to get together again, because we have added little brother to the mix. He's completely adorable and a lady killer at the ripe age of six months old. Love. His. Smiles. They are huge and contagious. Big sisters are so sweet with him and I think they are all around awesome. Thanks so much guys for taking the time to get together again!

For Jodi: Collierville, TN Family Photographer

Last weekend was such fun as far as photography goes. Due to crazy weather the last few weeks, all my sessions had to be rearranged, and ended up that 8 of them were on Saturday. That is a personal record, one that kinda gave me anxiety the night before. I kept having dreams of being late to every. single. one. I even had to grab some new memory cards for the occasion. Fun times, folks.

Saturday came and started with these lovely folks. I have been working with them for the last three years since Anderson was born and love how laid back and fun they are. We enjoy visiting. We get to laugh and have some gorgeous photography thrown in the mix. It's a lot of fun, and I feel so blessed everyday to have met some of the best people! Thanks so much guys for starting the day out amazing!

Meet Luisa: Lakeland, TN Newborn Photographer

Last week I got to meet a very special lady. Miss Luisa and her big sister came by so that we could try and capture some of baby sister's newness. Sometimes it starts a little rough trying to get them settled down, especially if they like to take note of all the action going on around them. But Miss Louisa settled down like a pro. Both sisters did fantastic!  

I loved how these images turned out because I thought the ones of both sisters were incredibly sweet. I know Lilly doesn't know it, but she has just gotten the best gift you could ever get. Siblings are amazing and such a gift from heaven. They stick by you through think and thin, they love and hurt for you. They are your best friends. It is a beautiful relationship. Thanks so much Kirie and Moo for taking the time to get together. Getting out of the house with babies is never easy.

The H Family: Memphis, TN Family Photographer

I am getting so excited about all the fall family sessions coming up. I love meeting new folks, but it is so much fun to get to visit with folks that I already know and LOVE! We had a great time last weekend with the H family. I helped capture Jeff and Carol's wedding a couple of years ago, and it's been so fun to see their sweet Mason grow from newborn til now. The first year goes so fast. I thought their session was fantastic but my favs were hands down the sweet mom and baby shots we did at the end. There is something special about the mom and baby bond. So sweet. Thanks for the great morning!
