For Nicole (& Mary Ann): Collierville, TN Family Photographer

This month has been crazy. Out of control with the busyness. Off the charts. So there hasn't been a lot of photography going on, because lets be honest, who's got the time to edit them! We get home from running and we crash hard. I wanted to give Nicole and Mary Ann a peek just so they knew I was working on their session, and also because I think they are turning out amazing. Way too many good shots to narrow it down.

I had the chance to shoot family photos for this lovely family two weeks back, before all the crazy started. I met the Nicole and crew a few years ago when she was pregnant with her sweet baby boy. It's nuts to think that it has been three years since that first get together. Crazy. I've done a few sessions with the entire crew and loved meeting Nicole's parents.

Grandparents are one of the gifts from heaven, I'm quite sure of it. It's a special bond and I love being able to capture the sweetness between the kids and the grandparents they love so much. It's beautiful.

Enjoy your peek ladies, thanks for always being so great to work with. I think y'all are fantastic.

Amber, Class of 2017: Collierville, TN Senior Portrait Photographer

So I usually don't post this late, but in being glued to the tv to find out who our next president will be, I figured why not! These kinds of post are way better than political ones anyways...

Another great kid from the Class of 2017. I am more partial to this one… Her dad and I are cousins. I'm not going to be too wordy, just because I'm starting to feel a bit brain numb, but I love this girl and her sweet family. She's always so kind and I thought her sessions turned out beautiful! Thanks so much Amber and mom for hanging out and letting me be a part of such an exciting time of life! Seniors are so much fun to capture. Best of luck finishing out your senior year!

A + G, Engaged! Collierville, TN Couples Photographer

I was so excited to hear that these two fantastic folks were engaged. I was even more excited when the bride to be called to ask me to capture their engagement shots! So exciting! Love it real. It's beautiful, and these folks just make it completely gorgeous. I think at one point while editing this session I actually sighed. So sweet. I completely loved them all and thought they did a great job. It's great to see the coming together of two families that I think the world of. Did I mention how exciting I am for these two great friends?!?

Both future bride and groom did great. They both looked classically flawless, and I thought their formal attire for the session was perfect. Great lighting and gorgeous people make a great recipe for photography. Thanks so much guys for being so easy to work with and so much fun to capture! Best of luck as your love continues to grow! Enjoy your peek!

For Alyssa: Collierville TN Couples Photographer

I'm in the home stretch of editing sessions from two weeks ago, and I thought I'd show some previews of what I've been working on. I just can't get over all the gorgeousness. I love working with kids. It's so much fun. But man, it's really nice just to have adults to capture. Almost like it's too easy, and I'm not working hard enough.

These shots turned out amazing! I love Chris and Alyssa. We met about a year ago, when she started working for my husbands office, and we think they are both awesome. They've also been Sunday School teachers for my almost-8-year-old, which pretty much means they've got a place secured in heaven, because he's a tough one sometimes. Sweet kid, but tough. I think the world of them both, and hope they enjoy their peek!

Thanks for being so patient guys!

For Rachel: Memphis, TN Family Photographer

I met these good folks last year, right before they welcomed baby Peyton. I think these pics turned out awesome, not just because Mr. Peyton was pretty smiley for the first part, because he did that awesome. But also, because he completely rocks the serious face. Last year, for his first Christmas pics, he did not peep a smile the entire time, until the last few shots where we stripped him down to his diaper. Some kids are just particular that way, and I think it's great. Kids come from day one with their own personalities and it's up to us to help them flourish. I've loved getting to know Peyton over the last year and I love his smiles, as well as his smolder. And while I'm pretty sure he thinks I'm a bit nuts, he sure is a chill, sweet boy to get to hang out with.

Thanks mom & dad for taking the time to get together!

Enjoy your peek!

For Michelle: Memphis, TN Family Photographer

I can't believe that it's been 4 years since I took Mr. Colton's 1st Birthday portraits. Time has flown by so fast! Little did I know how much I would come to care for this sweet family. Little Lola was added to the family last year and she adds so much spunk to some already awesome folks. I loved the photos of her with big brother. So gorgeous, and I don't think that I've ever seen someone so excited to be hugged by their big brother (or is it a headlock… with siblings you never can be sure…)! Thanks so much guys. I really appreciate being able to catch up and capture your family...

Enjoy your peek!
